The Government of Catalonia, through ACCIÓ, offers Growth Strategy Vouchers worth up to €8,000 per company to fund strategic consultancy, assess a business, identify opportunities and develop growth plans.

Eligible applicants are SMEs with an operating establishment in Catalonia that meet the call’s requirements. Microenterprises are excluded and, generally, applicants must operate in eligible sectors such as energy and water, industry, machinery repair, certain transport and communications activities, or technical engineering services. SMEs from any sector established in certain counties listed in the official rules may benefit from a geographical exception.

The grant covers consultancy delivered by an ACCIÓ-accredited provider, not general business expenses. Excluded costs include VAT, software, licences, website or app development, supplies and ordinary operating expenses. Each company may receive one voucher under this scheme. Companies that received a strategy voucher in 2023, 2024 or 2025 are generally excluded. The EU de minimis ceiling of €300,000 over the applicable three-year period also applies.

Projects must be carried out in Catalonia between 1 January 2026 and 30 July 2027. At least three company representatives must participate, including two members of the management body, and at least 80% of the approved eligible expenditure must be properly justified.

The published application deadline is 16 November 2026 at 2 pm, or earlier if funds run out. The call has a total budget of €400,000, and ACCIÓ warns that applications received already exceed the available funding. Companies should therefore confirm whether applications are still being accepted before starting the process.
