Catalonia launches new grants to promote labour market inclusion

31-07-2026

The Government of Catalonia has launched a new grant programme aimed at supporting social integration companies, organisations that play a key role in helping people at risk of social exclusion access employment opportunities.

These grants are designed to support projects that promote hiring, training and personalised guidance for individuals who face greater barriers when entering the labour market. Beyond creating employment opportunities, the programme also encourages long-term labour integration through tailored support and professional development.

The grants are available to registered social integration companies in Catalonia and are co-funded by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+), reinforcing the commitment to building a more inclusive, sustainable and accessible labour market.

These initiatives not only strengthen organisations dedicated to labour inclusion but also contribute to reducing social inequalities and promoting equal opportunities through employment. Collaboration between public institutions, businesses and social organisations remains essential to achieving these goals.

At Grupo Gestiona, we closely monitor new public funding opportunities to keep businesses and organisations informed about available grants, eligibility requirements and application deadlines, providing professional guidance throughout the process.
